The arrangement was beautiful. However, the card was printed with a big unprinted stripe going down the middle of the message - probably low on ink. It was an error that should have been seen and corrected. But instead, when I got the arrangement to my mom's care home, I had to display it with the illegible card. Poor quality control and lack of care marred the experience.

The flowers were beautiful, as usual. I really love Beretania Florist and the way they make it so easy to show relatives and friends in Hawaii just how much we love and miss them.
