Q: Will you be delivering on Mother’s Day?

A: Yes we’ll be OPEN & delivering on Mother’s Day (Sunday)
But we encourage you to schedule your delivery earlier
so your loved one has flowers all week long!
We will be delivering from the prior Monday.

Q: Can I schedule a specific time for delivery?

A: Sorry, no we can’t schedule a specific time for delivery.
We will be delivering 1,500-2,500 items during Mother’s Day week.
All items will be delivered between 7:30am-5:30pm.
We encourage you to schedule delivery for an earlier date, if the recipient leaves early.

Q: Where do you deliver to?

A: Available delivery areas include:
-Greater Honolulu, Waikiki, & Hawaii Kai

Q: Where don’t you deliver to?

A: No service areas:
-No Military Base Access.
-Kaneohe, Kailua, Aiea, Pearl City, Ewa, Kapolei, Kunia, Mililani, North Shore,
Wahiawa, Waianae, Waimanalo, & Waipahu.

Q: What happens if the recipient is not there?

A: If the recipient isn’t there for delivery, we will:
1. Call recipient to complete delivery.
2. Attempt to leave flowers w/ a co-worker or neighbor.
3. Attempt to find a safe place to leave flowers.
4. We will advise recipient with a door tag and message that the flowers will be available for pick up at Beretania Florist.
